GeoMEM provides expert-led support for all of the products it sells. Support contracts are available in the following formats:

Subscription Support – Basic Level

Subscription based telephone and email support provided immediately within GeoMEM working hours.

Subscription Support – Advanced Level

Telephone and Remote Access online support within GeoMEM working hours (9am to 5pm, Monday - Friday). Price is based on the software you wish to have supported. Please contact GeoMEM for more information.
 
GeoMEM can directly access your computer to diagnose and troubleshoot your problem. This approach can reduce resolution times by around 50%, allowing you to get back up and running much faster.
Using remote access GeoMEM technicians will:
  • Remotely install and set up your software for you
  • Remotely operate your software to find where your problem is and thus help with diagnosis and troubleshooting.
  • Transfer your data files immediately to GeoMEM’s own computers for analysis, testing and correction. You no longer need to dig around on your disc to find these.
  • Transfer corrected files back on to your computer for you to use immediately.
  • Transfer software updates straight on to your computer and install them for you, then check that your system is operating correctly.
  • Provide interactive training on sections of the software. (Please see our training pages for more information.) 

Non Subscription Based Support

Available on a “best endeavours” basis within GeoMEM’s working hours at a rate of £60 per hour. Minimum charge of £35 for first half hour. 

Custom Programming

GeoMEM provides custom programming of Golden Surfer. This is an efficient way to buy the software, ensuring that it meets your exact requirements on arrival.
