GeoMEM provides expert-led support for all of the products it sells. Support contracts are available in the following formats:
Subscription Support – Basic Level
Subscription Support – Advanced Level
- Remotely install and set up your software for you
- Remotely operate your software to find where your problem is and thus help with diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Transfer your data files immediately to GeoMEM’s own computers for analysis, testing and correction. You no longer need to dig around on your disc to find these.
- Transfer corrected files back on to your computer for you to use immediately.
- Transfer software updates straight on to your computer and install them for you, then check that your system is operating correctly.
- Provide interactive training on sections of the software. (Please see our training pages for more information.)
Non Subscription Based Support
