GeoMEM On-line shopping: INFORMATION, TERMS & CONDITIONS

This on-line ordering system has been set up for our customers in the UK and Ireland (at present) and is intended to be a more convenient equivalent to phone based ordering.

Our service still remains personal. Your order is directly received by, and processed by, GeoMEM staff. This is the same as if you had phoned in your order. After we receive your order we will email you with any price savings and apply any quantity or bundle discounts in your order.

GEOGRAPHIC SUPPLY AREAS:

At present we can only accept on-line orders for delivery in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

PRODUCT INFORMATION:

Detailed product information is available on the GeoMEM web site and by phoning GeoMEM staff. Evaluation or demonstration versions of products are available free of charge from GeoMEM.

Please make sure that you are familiar with the products capabilities before you place your order.

PRICING:

All prices shown in the on-line ordering product list are for single licences unless specifically stated otherwise. If you order 2 or more of any product GeoMEM will email you with the correct (discounted) price after we receive your order.

EDUCATIONAL / ACADEMIC ORDERS:

Educational / Academic orders may be placed through the on-line system as long as both the Invoice(Billing) and Delivery address are for a Department within a recognised educational establishment. GeoMEM will email you with the discounted educational prices for confirmation before proceeding with your order.

PAYMENT:

Your order and payment details are completely secure during the transaction and are not retained by GeoMEM after your order has been completed. No payment is taken from your card until your order is dispatched.

STOCK and DISPATCH:

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 2 (TWO) working days of receipt of order by GeoMEM Ltd. You will be advised of the stock situation and likely dispatch date in the confirmation email sent from GeoMEM. Delivery will be made within the 30 days required by UK law unless there is a delay by circumstances beyond the control of GeoMEM Limited.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER:

You may cancel your order (IN WRITING: Fax, email or letter) at any time up to seven days after you placed your order (from the date/time as shown in your confirmation email) UNLESS the goods have already been dispatched (see RETURNED GOODS below).

RETURNED GOODS:

If you wish to cancel an order and the goods have already been shipped (within seven days from your original order) or you find that the UNOPENED goods are not suitable for your purpose (within 3 days of receipt) you may return the goods in an UNOPENED and RESELLABLE condition. Unfortunately we CANNOT accept returns of software packages which have been opened. In this case you must return the goods using an insured delivery method (insured to cover the cost of replacing the goods) at your own cost. After inspection of the goods by GeoMEM Ltd. you will receive a refund of the cost of the returned goods plus VAT but not the outward carriage and any insurance charges.
