Director: Dr James Tweedie, FIMMM, FIAP

Dr James Tweedie, GeoMEM’s director and principle trainer is a geologist with experience in both the academic / research environment and in metals / mineral exploration. He founded GeoMEM in 1985 to develop geological software for the exploration and mining industry.

James is a professional member of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining, a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Analysts and Programmers.
James is available for conference presentations and article authorship in his fields of expertise. Please contact us for more details.

Head of Administration: Mrs Irene Smith

Mrs Irene Smith has been Head of Administration at GeoMEM since 1994. Her responsibilities include third party software sales, accounts in/out, order processing, invoicing, delivery methods and most aspects of company administration.
